Believing is Be Living
Next time you watch a television show, movie or read a magazine notice how you feel. Do you feel you need to buy something, do something, change something or be something different? Well if you are wondering why I ask, its just that I have noticed an uncanny force that seeks to bankrupt your soul. It a force that argues that your significance is achieved or assured by external factors and that you have to change something externally to improve the internal you.
Whether its the flawless woman or the man with a curiously perfect abs; or it could be the hottest new car, or that fabulous house. All driving us to get what we do not have...
But there is this strange voice in my head telling me I have it all. That I am good enough now. I am lovable and someone desires my love. I am rich and my life is full of hidden treasure. The voice also says I should know what I believe and live as I believe but know matter what believe that I am a son of God and a king board to rule an empire. The voice reminds me to consider the example of Jesus Christ being ONE (a son of God and king) also, but does not invoke the name to condem me or make me feel even more worthless. The voice says that I am whatever I believe I am and that if I believe in this Christ Concept then I am ONE too. Hmmm. I am a christ, not the Christ but a christ. Hmmm. Do I believe it?
Now the voice is saying that 'believing' isn't merely being mentally convinced, but rather it is accepting a belief as a fact of life. It says, "Believing is Be Living".

Ladies and gentlemen, I have known Richard C. Johnson for the entire twenty-nine blessed years of my life. He has been a God-given inspiration to me, and for that I am truly grateful. Through the good and the bad times, Rich has been there to encourage me with the love of Jesus.
