Rich. Do you believe it's easy to be yourself in the midst of our lives? Your comments are rather interesting. How would one start to develop a path to a rich life?

It isn't easy to be yourself (your best self). It is not easy but its possible.

There are many factors the are at work to inhibit us from being our best self: fear, pain, doubt, ignorance and misunderstanding to name a few.

A path to a rich life begins with defining and understanding what richness means to you. This requires an honest self assessment of what you need to feel fulfilled and why you need it. However this must be done with the understanding that there is more to your life than you can perceive.

To gain the clearest and most accurate understanding/perception of your life, its treasures and how you can live an Eden-like state you must acknowledge God. If you have a problem with this concept this site (or one of my others) can coach you through it.

If you are open to seeking/perceiving God, just begin talking to him like you do to anyone you want to get to know, but take time to listen, look and learn.

Rich. So what next? What are you about? Are you running or resting? Bleeding or feasting? Pressing or im-pressing? Studying or sleeping? Shaking or shucking? Aiming or emptying? Sweating or swearing?

As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.
