Although what you naturally do well may be an indicator of what you can do supernaturally, the miraculous requires faith and passionate work. Faith is believing something without evidence. Faith is believing something so strong that your believing is the evidence. However, faith does not exist without evidence. If you have faith for a thing there are obvious signs.
If you say you have faith, but it is not proven by observing what you do or what you have done, you should examine whether or not you believe. The deeper question is "Do you believe what you believe?"
